Energy Efficiency in Industry and Strategic Steps Within the Scope of the CBAM Process

Özyaşar Tel took part in the sectoral conference titled “Energy Efficiency in Industry Within the Scope of the EU Border Carbon Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)” organized within the scope of the German Energy Solutions Initiative program supported by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) in cooperation with DEinternational (AHK Turkey) and energiewaechter GmbH.

The impacts of CBAM on industry and strategic approaches to energy efficiency applications were comprehensively discussed at the conference.

In addition, after the conference, with the guidance of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey as a good practice example, we hosted representatives of the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Turkey) at our Silivri production facility.
