We Digitalized Sales Processes with the C4C Sales Cloud Project.

As Çokyaşar Holding we are happy to announce that the “C4C Sales Cloud” project, which we implemented in collaboration with SAP’s Gold Partner Felece and our Cokyasar DX team, has gone live.

Within the scope of this project, we have redesigned our customer relationship management processes end-to-end and started to manage all our sales operations through an integrated digital platform. We have restructured many critical business processes such as Master Data Management, Customer and Opportunity Management, Activity and Visit Tracking, Offer and Order Management.

Thanks to this digital transformation, we have significantly improved the customer experience; increased our sales and marketing performance, increased our service quality and achieved operational efficiency and cost advantage.
